MINISO Store Fit-Out – Olympia Shopping Center, Munich

The MINISO project at the Olympia Shopping Center (OEZ) in Munich involves the consolidation and redesign of two existing retail units into a unified commercial space with a total area of approximately 350 m². By connecting the previously separate retail areas, the project creates a spacious, open-plan store with a cohesive spatial layout. The new organization allows for flexible merchandise displays while ensuring clear circulation and an intuitive, customer-friendly shopping experience. In addition to the main sales area, the design integrates the necessary storage and ancillary spaces into the overall concept. Following MINISO’s international store design concept, the interior combines a clear spatial structure with a contemporary presentation of lifestyle products.
